Dear Parents and Carers,
We are currently planning our meetings for the teachers to speak with you about your child, how they have settled into school, and how their learning is going. This term, we are going to be doing this by phone or Microsoft Teams. These meetings will be being made in batches by the teachers over the first few weeks after October half term.
We will let you know on Thursday 21st October, via a slip in your child’s rucksack, as to the likely day and time that we are going to call. If you are not available on the day/time you are allocated, please email: email@example.com with your child's name, and class name, and the Class Teacher will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date/time. Please do not reply directly to this email, as it is a no reply address.
Please be aware that if we are calling from school, it may say ‘Number Withheld’. Calls will need to stick to the 10 minutes allocated, please.
Wherever possible, we please ask that the resident parent liaises with the other birth parent with the date/time allocated. Please let the Class Teacher know via the admin email address if you require this to be a Teams meeting.
